MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

It continues to be a priority for Broadwick to ensure that we trade ethically, source responsibly and act with integrity and transparency to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement sets out the systems and controls that Broadwick has in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place in any part of our business and supply chain.

This statement is made on behalf of Broadwick Group Limited (company number 12136501) and its UK subsidiary companies.

Our Business

Broadwick brings together four companies that sit at the intersection of music culture and space in the UK. We work with over 1,000 suppliers from across the UK and through our companies, Broadwick Spaces, Spaces & Stories and Vibration Production design, build and operate some of the world’s most exciting venue and entertainment brands.

Our Policies

Broadwick has an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy (available upon request) which sets out our commitment to minimise the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking across our business and to act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business and supply chain.

Our Suppliers

As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chain, we have adopted various due diligence procedures as follows:

• ●  maintaining an internal risk board made up of relevant departments across the business to identify and assess potential risk areas and the mitigation of such risks;
• ●  conducting due diligence on our suppliers to ensure that they comply with our ethical standards and that they do not engage in any form of modern slavery and human trafficking; and
• ●  our standard supply contracts requires supplies to comply with applicable laws including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.Our Staff

  To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide information and guidance on how to identify modern slavery to our staff who may work in areas that may have a high level of risk in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking.

  We also have a whistleblowing and grievance policies to encourage our employees to speak up if they have any concerns about our workplace practices.

  Next Steps

  Broadwick ensures that modern slavery and human trafficking issues are kept under regular review by its internal risk board.

  This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Broadwick’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2025 and was approved by the Board on .
